While Calvin was winning the State Championship in Stamford today, some of Strike Zone's finest wrestled at the Husky Howl. Lukas placed 1st in his division, Noam and Nyarah placed 2nd in their divisions and Reis placed 4th in his division. Awesome job from these hard working kids!

Great day of wrestling at Westerly Wrestling Tournament. Calvin and Khryee placed 2nd in their divisions and Lucian placed 3rd in his division. Good job boys!!!
Another awesome competition today at Somers High School. Kids stepped up big and got themselves some Medal! Calvin placed 1st in his division, Lukas placed 2nd in his division, Khyree placed 3rd in his division and Nyarah, in her very first tournament, got her 1st win and placed 4th. Great job!!!

Strike Zone's wrestling program is only a little over a year old and Calvin Sammarco became our very first State Champion today. He had to battle some very tough kids but in the end he had three pins and came away with a State Title! Congrats Calvin you Da man!!!!

Killingly Redman Rumble

Tough competition at the Middletown Wrestling Club Tournament. The boys did awesome!!! All wrestled their hearts out and did great. Khryee's 3rd wrestling tournament and he placed 1st in his division. Calvin placed 3rd and Lucian placed 4th.
