​​​​Strike Zone's Wrestling program is focused on providing a fun learning environment for boys and girls in the art of wrestling.  Students must be at least 5 years old to start wrestling in our program. Students will gain exposure to the fundamentals and techniques of wrestling in a team environment that is supportive and motivating.  

Team Strike Zone provides year round training and competes at local, regional, and National wrestling tournaments.
